2 x 10cm Hand Rolled Pure Beeswax Candles

Crystallisation will naturally occur.
All honey will granulate or thicken, this is in fact the best proof of its quality
It can easily be restored to a liquid state by either of the following methods
1.        Loosen the top and stand the jar in hot water, preferably on strips of wood so that the water completely surrounds the jar. Heat very gently until the honey becomes liquid
2.        Remove the metal cap and place in a microwave oven on the lowest power.
Remember the honey in the centre of the jar will continue to become liquid after the heating time has finished.

Each one is surprisingly different in flavour, reflecting the forage the bees have visited, the landscape they live in and the season we have harvested.
A great way to try out our honeys and discover your favourites.

The selection will include a choice of:-
3 x 145g jars of runny honey or
2 x 145g jars runny honey and 1 x 145g jar soft set honey.
