Our Honeys
Our honeys come in a number of different varieties depending on the season, the weather and the location. The honey from each apiary and each season is extracted and jarred separately, maintaining the unique taste and character of each. Each has its own unique taste depending on the season and the flowers available. Of course, this means that once a honey has sold out it can never be repeated!
Nevertheless we find that honeys in subsequent years are similar in taste and consistency to those from the same apiary harvested in the same season.

Orchard Lane Honey
340g Jar
Early summer blossoms produce a wonderful blend of nectars that make a light and delicate honey. The late summer harvest is darker in colour with a slightly minty taste from the bees foraging on the lime nectar.

Derbyshire Honey
340g Jar
Honey from bees in our garden on the border of North East Derbyshire. An urban apiary that thrives on garden flowers and tree blossoms, a fragrant clear honey with a hint of summer herbs.

Crystal Peaks Honey
340g Jar
An early spring harvest from the blossoms in the Moss Valley gives a lovely thick honey with a hint of almonds.

Lightwood Honey
340g Jar
The orchard, farm and healthy hedgerows in the area provide an enigmatic Spring blossom honey that is both light and fruity.

Hope Valley Honey
340g Jar
A clear, runny, mixed blossom honey from a beautiful sunny location in the heart of the Hope Valley.

Heather Blend
340g Jar
Can only be made in late summer when the Ling Heather flowers.
Heather grows on Moorlands where it can be quite windy for the bees, this means they have to work hard to collect the nectar.

Soft Set Honey
340g Jar
Soft and spreadable.
Made with a blend of our honeys, a smooth soft set honey that stays on your toast. A connoisseur’s choice for taste and texture.

Chunk Honey
340g Jar
Our Chunk Honey offers you the best of both worlds.
A combination of extracted honey and pure honeycomb floating in golden pale liquid honey, produced by bees foraging on the hedgerows and meadows.

Cut Comb
Min Weight 180g
This is honeycomb cut straight from the beehive and is a truly delicious treat.
This is honey in its most natural state and the whole comb can be eaten including the beeswax which has a chewy texture.
